It goes great with cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and asparagus. Of course, you can also use different vegetables. We slice our vegetables as we prefer and blend them well with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. We cook our vegetables on the vegetable setting of the air fryer for 15-20 minutes in a controlled manner and turning them.
While our vegetables are cooking, we prepare a sauce by mixing 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon yogurt, 1 teaspoon pomegranate sour, juice of a quarter lemon and 1 teaspoon soy sauce in a bowl and adding dried mint and black pepper to it.
We take the cooked vegetables to our salad bowl and mix them with our sauce. If you want, you can also add grains or baby corn, it turns out great. You can serve it by decorating it with sesame seeds.
