Why the hell are we waxing it, shaving it, slaughtering it, and relentlessly getting rid of it? Is our pubic hair alone in the universe? Are they on the verge of extinction? Here are all the answers…

Tanner I
No pubic hair at all (prepubertal) (typically age 10 and younger).
Tanner II
A small amount of long, downy hair with slight pigmentation at the base of the penis and scrotum (males) or on the labia majora (females) (10–11.5).
