Adam Scott, who gained widespread recognition with the series Severance, is returning to his deep-rooted history in horror cinema.
Previously appearing in films such as Little Evil, Krampus, and Piranha 3D, Scott also had a role in the 1996 film Hellraiser: Bloodline during the early years of his career.
Now, the acclaimed actor is set to thrill horror fans once again with the supernatural horror film Hokum.
Filming is scheduled to begin later this month in Ireland, with the movie written and directed by Damian McCarthy, the filmmaker behind Oddity, which won the Audience Award at last year’s SXSW Film Festival.
In Hokum, Adam Scott will portray a horror novelist who travels to a remote Irish hotel to scatter his family’s ashes—unaware of the terrifying legends surrounding the hotel’s past.
