Farah, an Iranian woman of 28 years, flees from Iran to France. Her journey takes an unexpected turn when she discovers she is pregnant and ends up stranded in Istanbul. With no choice but to live in Istanbul as an undocumented immigrant, she starts a new life, working as a cleaner despite her medical training. Farah's life revolves around her son Kerimşah. Suffering from a rare immunodeficiency condition from birth, Kerimşah must live in a sterile environment, making their lives even more challenging. The strength of Farah's character shines as she struggles to save enough money to complete Kerimşah's treatment and return to France.
The plot thickens when Farah, during one of her cleaning jobs, witnesses a murder committed by the mafia and encounters Tahir Lekesiz, a character brought to life by Engin Akyürek. Forced to clean up the crime scene, Farah's life is thrown into even more chaos when the mafia orders her assassination and assigns this task to Tahir. Tahir, a lone wolf who grew up under the wing of the mafia leader, finds himself torn between loyalty to his de facto family and an unspoken connection to Farah.
