Apple TV Plus Orders a Bilingual Thriller Series 'Now and Then' Debuting this May 20th

You’ve heard me rant about how unique Apple TV Plus pieces are for a while now. The streaming platform has another original content, Now and Then, filmed in Spanish and English.

The series is created by Gema R. Neira, Teresa F-Valdés, and Ramón Campos. The triad has worked on many achievements like Jaguar, Cable Girls, High Seas, and Gran Hotel.

Now and Then follows two moments in the existence of a squad of friends. The trailer shows the secret that connects the squad is profound. A joyous weekend twenty years earlier led to one member’s death under unexplainable circumstances.

Twenty years later, someone aware of the crew’s secret starts to blackmail them and worsens the matter. With their public professions at risk and their lives established, the squad has to do anything in its capability to save the secret.

Your characters for the show include Rosie Perez playing Flora, Jorge López portraying Alejandro, Marina de Tavira depicting the adult Ana, Alicia Jaziz enacting the young Ana, and José M. Yazpik acting the adult Pedro.

Other cast members are Dario Y. Bernal representing the young Pedro, Soledad Villamil impersonating the adult Daniel, Miranda de la Serna portraying the young Daniel, Maribel Verdú enacting the adult Sofia, and Alicia Sanz acting the young Sofia.

Now and Then launches on Friday, May 20th, via Apple TV Plus, with three episodes followed by weekly releases until June 24th. As we wait, you can watch the official trailer posted by the streaming platform on its main YouTube.
