Apple, a company valued over 4 trillion dollars, has acquired a company founded by Turkish entrepreneurs. The company named 'Kuzu', established by Princeton University graduate Ardan Araç and Semih Salihoğlu, a graduate of Yale and Stanford universities, quietly became part of the Apple family. It has been revealed that the acquisition took place last year.
The completion of the purchase in October 2025 was confirmed through a notification made to the European Union.
ScaleX Ventures is among the investors of the company, which develops graphic databases.
