Aziz Ansari Destroys Anti-Vaxxers In His New Netflix Special

Comedian Aziz Ansari is no stranger to controversy — and he’s not afraid to make fun of everyone, even NFL quarterbacks.

The 'Master of None' actor made headlines last year after criticising anti-vaccine advocates during a Reddit AMA.

In his latest standup special, the comedian goes off on pro-vaccine sceptics again for what he calls their 'ignorant' and 'irresponsible' behaviour.

Ansari went on to discuss how NFL player’s Aron Rodgers' anti-vaccination statements had caused others to follow his lead and question whether or not they should vaccinate their children.

Rodgers was a guest on “The Howard Stern Show,” where he shared his anti-vaccine beliefs. Immediately following the interview, fans and commentators criticised his comments.

Unfortunately, Rodgers may not be getting the message. After being blasted by the media for his anti-vaccination comments, he simply tweeted “immunise your kids.”

Numerous doctors have reached out to Rodgers and asked him to reconsider his anti-vaccination comments. He later apologised for his remarks and is planning to team up with a pro-vaccination organisation.

Rodgers claimed that he delayed vaccinating his kids due to concerns about the ingredients in vaccines. Ansari says that Rodgers is “immunised” against all diseases except the common cold. Ansari also points out that Rodgers has never vaccinated himself either.

At the end of this day, it’s tough to be Ansari’s critics, because he pinpointed the main problem with vaccines in general — there’s far too much training data and not enough randomization. The bottom line: watch your sources folks!
