She discusses her opinions on politics as well. She has voiced strong ideas despite not being as abrasive as some believe Ben to be. Since that time, she has a history of falling prey to cruel and vicious internet trolls.

Shapiro's ancestors are members of an Orthodox Jewish family. Abby was born in Florida and raised in Manhattan.

Her brother Ben Shapiro is a well-known journalist, editor, writer, and authority on US conservatism. Ben is also a controversial political analyst who is a founder and editor-in-chief of The Daily Wire.

She has a sister who also works as an actress, Milly Shapiro.

Abby’s husband is attorney Jacob Roth. They got married on May 28, 2018 after being in a relationship with him for a year. The social media celebrity and Roth, who attended the University of Virginia, welcomed their first child in March. The couple announced that they would only release pictures of their firstborn during the first few days after birth and would withhold the child's name from the public.

Abby has switched from publishing primarily political content to more lifestyle-focused videos that chronicle her entire pregnancy and the current stage of her first son's life.

She gives advice for women who are trying to conceive or who are already expecting, tells personal tales of motherhood, and vlogs with her husband about breastfeeding, parenting, and growing their family.

Abby also runs a Substack Newsletter where she sends emails to her subscribers with blogs and recommendations, including suggestions for books, podcasts, and Q&A sessions.

The blogger uses the term 'living classically' to describe both her traditional way of life and her training as an opera singer which she shares on her Substack.

“I have traditional values and I'm not afraid to share them!” she announces on her Substack page. “And I'm also a classical kind of girl. I'm an operatically trained singer! I love classical music and I think there's a ton we can learn from opera and apply to everyday life.”

She advertises herself as the 'conservative influencer' on her platform and has amassed over 96k YouTube subscribers, 60k Twitter followers, and 34k Instagram followers. Let's Be Classic, her catchphrase, highlights her conviction in the significance of leading a traditional lifestyle centered on femininity and tradition.

Classically Abby’s Controversial Posts

When people learned Abigail's identity, she was subjected to intense online antisemitic bashing and harassment. Now known as 'Classically Abby,' she is somehow continuing in the footsteps of her brother Ben to become a conservative commentator, attributing some of this fury to her political ideas in her April 2020 video titled, 'Why I Came Out As Conservative: Conservative Women NEED A Community.'

She undoubtedly attracts controversy, but not as much as Ben Shapiro. She made headlines in March 2020 when she attacked Taylor Swift for her song 'The Man,' which addresses gender injustice. She expressed criticism of Taylor Swift, saying she had lost interest in the singer once she became a social justice activist, feeding the trolls' fire. Taylor's supporters immediately rallied to her defense, advising Abigail to look into her own ingrained chauvinism. But her brother's error led to the worst-case scenario of trolling happening.

People continue to take offense to Abby Shapiro's tweets. One of Abby's contentious tweets from December 2021 went viral after she attempted to slut-shame Madonna by equating her to Nancy Reagan.

'This is Madonna at 63. This is Nancy Reagan at 64,' Abby tweeted, coupled with an image of the two women. 'Trashy living vs. Classic living. Which version of yourself do you want to be?' Several fans defended Madonna on social media, with some pointing out that Abby clearly hadn't done her research because 'Nancy Reagan, like most of us, had a past.'

She also publicly defended her brother on Twitter about Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion song lyric controversy WAP. She tweeted, “@benshapiro choosing not to debase himself by reading the uncensored lyrics of that garbage song is why I’m proud to be his sister. That’s what I like to call classic.”
