Check Out The Music of the 2022 Grammys Here!

For every Grammy ceremony, the organizers choose some of the nominees to perform. This year, the Grammys have announced six performances so far, though there will likely be more. If you’re unfamiliar with any of these artists, or just need to do some extra exploring, here is some of the new and old music of the performers to get excited about.

The newest queen of downbeat pop blew up fast, having already played the Grammys twice with only full-length two albums released. She won Record of the Year those two years as well, so if “Happier Than Ever” wins this year, she’ll be the first artist to win the award three times in a row.

The hottest K-pop band around right now was nominated last year for “Dynamite” under Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Though they have some tough competition in their category, it’ll still be a blast to hear them play “Butter” this year.

The seasoned performer of the group gave a powerhouse performance on Saturday Night Live late in 2021, so hype for her performance extends across the whole nation.

Pairing with Jack Harlow for his performance, Lil Nas X will probably be performing “Industry Baby” from his debut record Montero. Montero received some of the highest critical praise for an album in 2021.

The biggest debuting artist of 2021 was a shoo-in for a Grammy nomination and performance. Rodrigo ties with Billie Eilish in receiving seven nominations this year, including Record of the Year.

This duo now has nine Grammy nominations without a win yet, so they are overdue for one. Brothers Osbourne’s new record is arguably their best, but their first album has their biggest hits.

The 2022 Grammys ceremony airs on April 3rd, 2022, moved from January due to the problems with the Omicron variant of COVID-19. The 2022 Grammy Awards show is viewable live on the CBS Television Network and streams live and on-demand on Paramount+.
