Donald Trump, who emerged victorious in the U.S. elections held on November 5, is set to serve as President of the United States once again. Trump is expected to take office on January 20, 2025.

As he prepares for his new term, Trump has begun announcing the individuals he plans to work with.

He revealed his intention to nominate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., known for his anti-vaccine stance, as the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS).

“Americans have been oppressed for far too long by industrial food complexes and pharmaceutical companies that deceive, misinform, and spread disinformation about public health,” Trump stated. “The safety and health of all Americans must be the top priority of any administration. HHS will play a crucial role in protecting everyone in this country from harmful chemicals, pollutants, pesticides, and food additives that contribute to our overwhelming health crisis,” he added.

A former Democrat and presidential candidate, Kennedy expressed his support for Trump, adapting Trump's "Make America Great Again" (MAGA) slogan to "Make America Healthy Again" (MAHA).

Kennedy, an environmental attorney, is widely known for his anti-vaccine views.

He is the son of former U.S. Attorney General and Senator Robert F. Kennedy, as well as the nephew of former President John F. Kennedy and Senator Ted Kennedy.
