Netflix’s latest sci-fi thriller, Mother/Android, is a bit of a mind-bender — and not in a good way.
There were two or three scenes in the movie that made viewers feel like they were going to throw up. It’s so graphic in parts that it’s hard to even think about. Viewers couldn’t imagine what went through the director’s mind when he was making this film.
The film is set in the future when a war breaks out between humans and AI. The film shows the hardships of a couple on an isolated farm in a post-apocalyptic world. Both of them must face the realities of who they are and who they will become.
The synopsis is written in a conversational tone that imitates the way someone might describe the film to another person. While there’s nothing wrong with using this type of language, it doesn’t tell readers much about what they should expect when watching the movie.
Mother/Android has gotten some pretty mixed comments from viewers. Many viewers completely recommend watching this Netflix thriller, but others said it had a very disturbing ending to it.
