Back in March, there was a false wall in the game that required players to hit it 50 times in order for it to vanish. Now that FromSoftware has released a large patch, the wall is no longer present.
The 50-hit wall was a glitch that, when activated, did not lead to any secret room brimming with gold and jewels. The disappearance of the wall glitch was discovered by YouTuber Zullie the Witch, who made a video about it the other day. This confirms that FromSoftware has finally patched one of the biggest and most famous glitches found in the game.
Zullie also mentioned in the video that another bug that was fixed by FromSoftware, this time involving the bleed dogs. The devs appear to have patched the dogs' ridiculously high damage which made it seem like a very tough boss fight when fighting them. The dogs still deal quite a lot of damage, but not like before where it dealt damage like Radahn.
According to IGNs review, they stated, 'Elden Ring is a massive iteration on what FromSoftware began with the Souls series, bringing its relentlessly challenging combat to an incredible open world that gives us the freedom to choose our own path.'
They aren't wrong; after all, Elden Ring has a larger map and a more open-world experience than previous Soulsborne games, which led to the discovery of huge mysteries like the 50-hit wall glitch.
Elden Ring has just released one of their biggest patches yet. If you haven't already read the patch notes, you can do so here.
