In a bold statement that has sparked widespread attention, billionaire Elon Musk has expressed his support for Donald Trump during the U.S. election season, stirring controversy once again. Known for his provocative comments and social media presence, Musk recently claimed that 'Google is controlled by extreme left activists,' igniting a firestorm of discussion online. The countdown has begun for the election scheduled for November 5, where Kamala Harris and Donald Trump will face off in the U.S.

Trump's biggest supporter is Elon Musk, who is not hesitant to use the power of social media during the election process.

As you may recall, Musk, the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla, recently made an appearance at a Donald Trump rally, where he described the Republican presidential candidate as the 'only candidate who will protect democracy in America.'

This time, Musk drew attention with his response to a tweet by David Oliver Sacks, an entrepreneur, author, and investor in internet technology companies, who referred to "Google lies."

Sacks, who co-hosts the All In podcast alongside Chamath Palihapitiya, Jason Calacanis, and David Friedberg, shared news articles on X after he searched for 'Trump's latest podcast.'

Sacks highlighted the first result of his search on Google, which was an article from The New Republic titled 'Podcast Hosts Struggle to Defend Trump’s Absurd Statements,' along with another article from The Hill titled 'Podcast Host Laughs at Trump Calling Himself ‘Basically a Honest Guy,’' and noted it with the comment 'Google lies.'

In response to Sacks’ post, Elon Musk stated, "Google is controlled by far-left activists."

Meanwhile, social media users compared Google to Perplexity.
