Elon Musk, who serves as the head of the DOGE in the United States, spoke at the 2025 World Government Summit (WGS) held in Dubai, UAE during the "Boring Cities, Artificial Intelligence, and DOGE" session.

Joining the WGS 2025 summit via video conference, Musk announced the upcoming release of Grok 3, a new AI chatbot, while also highlighting concerns that could fuel fears about artificial intelligence.

"I think Grok 3 is terrifyingly smart," Musk stated, sparking excitement about the new model.

Developed by xAI, Grok 3 has been trained on synthetic data, with additional efforts made to ensure its logical consistency.

Musk, "I think human intelligence will be dwarfed by machine intelligence," expressed his thoughts on digital intelligence and the future.

Musk added, 'I don’t know how I should feel about this, but at some point, human intelligence will inevitably make up only a tiny fraction of total intelligence. In the future, digital intelligence will account for more than 99% of all intelligence.'

After this serious statement, Musk lightened the mood with a joke: 'So, I really hope the computer is nice to us.'

When Will Grok 3 Be Released?
