Cheaters have been a source of frustration in Tarkov since its initial release. They can pretty much play God since they can do absolutely anything in the game, name it: Infinite ammo, Infinite health, and many more. Battlestate Games along with BattlEye, had enough of this and has decided to take immediate action.

In a tweet, Chief Operating Officer Nikita Buyanov stated, 'We constantly begin ban waves of cheaters.' But there was a wave yesterday that I want to mention – minus 9,000 cheaters.' Many players were reassured after they saw the tweet, but there is still the possibility that cheaters will emerge.

Battlestate Games has recently put forth a tremendous amount of effort in battling cheaters and hackers alike. Perhaps it's in the name 'Battlestate' after all, which is ironic, isn't it? Also this month, Battlestate Games revealed details about an upcoming update that will include new weapons, a new boss, and DLSS support. The Chiappa Rhino and the Flare Gun will be introduced in the game.

The Flare Gun will allow players to request an airdrop containing a large amount of useful loot. Beware, as once the airdrop has been dropped, it will send off flares that might attract nearby players.

The Chiappa Rhino is a revolver that will be available in a variety of different calibers and barrel sizes. Additionally, the gun can be placed in a 1x1 inventory slot, which is actually very useful to conserve space.

The new boss, which is a sniper, will be located in the Lighthouse area of the game. Be careful, as the boss will be dangerous and will shoot on sight.

Deep learning super sampling (DLSS) support will include graphics quality and game performance presets. In order to get DLSS support, you'll also need an Nvidia RTX Graphics Card.
