Future Purchases $16 Million Mansion on Miami Beach

Rapper Future is reported to have splashed a huge $16.3 million on a spacious Mansion located in Miami.

TMZ reported that the Atlanta hip hop star bought a mansion in the Allison Island area of Miami Beach on the East Coast.

According to reports, the house is a calculated to cover nearly 9,000 square feet.

The mansion is rumoured to have seven bedrooms with a private bar and spa room.

It also comes with fantastic views of the water and a private balcony that spans the entire length of the property as well as a docking area for a yacht.

King Pluto is rumoured to have dropped almost $17 million on his new residence.

If true, the purchase of this Miami mansion is yet another high point in Future's highly successful year.

The rapper released his ninth studio album in 2022 and it went on to debut an number one in the Billboard 200 music charts in the USA.

The project, titled 'I NEVER LIKED YOU,' released in April and would go on to sell a whopping 222,000 album-equivalent units,

Earlier in the year Future profited from another huge payday after he sold the rights to a large part of his publishing catalogue to a company named Influence Media Partners.

The rapper is reported to have come away with an eight figure sum from the deal with the group.

After the deal, Future released a statement to his fans, who were not all happy to see him sell away his music.

“I put everything into my music, and I wanted to make sure these were in good hands as I thought about the next chapter of these songs,” Future said in the released statement.

“I’m proud to partner up with Rene and the team at Influence Media and send a signal that this music has timeless value,' he added.

'My music is my art, and these songs represent some of the most precious artwork of my career,” the press release stated.

It emerged this week that Future would feature on the soundtrack for the second Black Panther movie, titled 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.'

The album is said to feature 40 artists from around the world, including Tems, E-40, Rihanna and Burna Boy.

The lead single from the album, titled 'Lift Me Up,' by Rihanna on her comeback, was released last Friday and received the most plays and listens on US radio ever in a single day.
