Game of Thrones creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss were guests on a podcast program to promote their new series, "3 Body Problem," streaming on Netflix.

Throughout their careers, the duo has penned many character deaths, and they recently revealed two death scenes from Game of Thrones that they particularly enjoyed.

Weiss expressed that the deaths of Joffrey in Season 4 and Ramsay Bolton in Season 6 brought them a sense of balance in the narrative.

Joffrey's death by poisoned wine and Ramsay's defeat by Jon Snow followed by being fed to hungry dogs in front of Sansa Stark marked the ends of two of the series' most hated characters.

Benioff recounted Sansa releasing the dogs on Ramsay and the experiences during the filming of this scene.

He noted how the scene focused more on Sansa's reaction than directly showing the deaths, highlighting Sophie Turner's exceptional performance in capturing the emotional moment perfectly.

Benioff mentioned that the scene required 7 or 8 takes but resulted in a highly impactful moment, describing the experience as "truly epic."
