The site, accessible only to paid subscribers, featured real castration footage. Gustavson admitted to charges of intentionally causing grievous bodily harm.

The footage showed various individuals undergoing surgical removal of healthy body parts, particularly genitals. Prosecutors claimed Gustavson stored the severed body parts for later consumption.

The court also heard allegations that Gustavson cooked some testicles for lunch and made a salad out of them. Gustavson was seen using a wheelchair due to amputating his own body parts.
