Born on April 26, 1993, in Ankara, Gizem Örge began her volleyball journey at Ankara Eczacı Volleyball Club. She played for the club until 2008, contributing to their promotion to the second division. In the 2012-2013 season, she transferred to Nilüfer Belediyespor, and in 2013, she joined Vakıfbank, where she enjoyed numerous successes until 2021.
While wearing the Vakıfbank jersey, Gizem Örge achieved remarkable victories, including three FIVB Club World Championship titles, two CEV Champions League titles, five Turkish League titles, three Turkish Cups, and three Turkish Super Cups.
Having played for the national team since her early years, Gizem Örge experienced remarkable achievements with the Youth Girls' National Team, including a fourth-place finish in the World Championship, victories at the Youth Olympics, and Balkan championships.
She also represented the U23 National Team, earning a silver medal at the U23 World Championship in 2015. Gizem Örge proudly played for the A National Women's Volleyball Team, which won the European League Championship in 2014.
