Born in 1997 in Kütahya, Hande grew up in the Eczacıbaş junior team.The 1.89 meters tall hitter was promoted to the Eczacıbaşı A Team at the age of 17.Her natural talent, work ethic, and dedication quickly propelled her through the ranks, and she soon found herself making waves in both domestic and international competitions.
Since 2011, she has been playing for Turkey since the lower age categories of the National Team. At the end of the tournament, she received the 'Most Valuable Player' and 'Best Hitter' awards in the team that won the U23 World Championship in 2017.
She played a part in the National Team's success in the League of Nations runner-up, European Volleyball Championship runner-up and Tokyo Olympics European Continental Qualifiers first place.
