In case You Missed it ‘Buffy The Vampire Slayer’ is on Prime Video

There’s something about the dynamic Alyson Hannigan and Sarah Michelle Gellar combo that makes me want to go back to my childhood.

If you've never watched the drama series, Buffy The Vampire Slayer, I advise you to stop what you're doing and tune in. The quotable alone will make you want to watch it over and over again (I've watched and repeated all seven seasons thrice so far). If you enjoyed Vampire Dairies, you'll definitely love this one.

The show's proponent Buffy Summer starring Gellar is a vampire slayer who fights all kinds of evil beings, including demons and vamps, alongside her friends. Centred in Sunnydale's hometown, Buffy just wants to be a normal high school student, but her destiny keeps calling. Resultantly, Buffy strives to strike a balance between slaying vampires and slaying her exams.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer presents some of Hollywood's most prominent faces of the 2000s, including Hannigan as Willow Rosenberg, David Boreanaz as Angel, Seth Green as Oz, Eliza Dushku as Faith, Amber Benson as Tara Maclay, Wentworth Miller as Gage Petronzi, Nicholas Brendon as Xander Harris, James Marsters as Spike, Charisma Carpenter as Cordella Chase, Anthony Head as Rupert Giles, Michelle Trachtenberg as Dawn Summers, Emma Caulfield as Anya Jenkins, Marc Blucas as Riley Finn and Danny Strong as Jonathan Levinson.

This popular series of the 2000s inspired the spin-offs Angel (based on Boreanaz’s character) and Buffy: The Animated Series. The show was accorded 84% on the Tomatometer and 92% on the average audience score.

And it shouldn’t miss out on your bucket list of TV shows to binge. I might re-watch it again this weekend too;)
