'Insiders' Season 2: Release Date & Everything We Know So Far

There are a lot of reality shows on Netflix, but 'Insiders,' a Spanish series, stands out with its unusual approach. Unlike other reality shows, the 'Insiders' contestants are completely unaware that they are already a part of the show.

The premise, great soundtrack, and straightforward flow of 'Insiders' were praised. Each episode is under an hour long, which the reviews praised even more. The fact that the series was presented by Najwa Nimri (Alicia Sierra from Money Heist) added to its allure.

lvaro Daz, Netflix Spain's head of non-fiction programming, announced that a second season had already been recorded during a press conference for Netflix's Spanish originals at the 2021 Vitoria FesTVal. ‘The Insiders’ Season 2 is scheduled to premiere on Netflix on May 19, 2022 with the release time set at 9:01 a.m.

The second season will almost certainly stay true to the show's idea while still providing something new for viewers to appreciate.

The first season follows 13 contestants who believed they were nearing the end of a reality television auditioning process. Unbeknownst to them, they have already been cast in the show and the cameras have begun to roll. Their principles are put to the test, and they are under duress. The winner receives a €100,000 reward at the end of the season.

The first season was hosted by Najwa Nimri, and we expect her to return for season two. The participants will almost certainly be replaced. We do not yet have the official casting, but we will update this space as soon as we learn more.
