The owner of Özel Ege Lisesi, one of Izmir's established private schools, Izmir Education Health Industry Investment Inc., has requested bankruptcy protection from the court. The court, assessing the probability of the success of the bankruptcy protection, initiated the definitive period process not only for the company but also for Yansı Eraslan and Ebru Eraslan. As part of the decision, previously implemented precautionary measures will also continue.
In the court's decision, it was stated, 'Considering the possibility of the success of the bankruptcy protection, a definitive period of one year from October 24, 2025, has been granted for the plaintiff debtor Izmir Education Health Industry Investment Inc., and plaintiffs Yansı Eraslan and Ebru Eraslan. It has been decided to implement the results of the definitive period and to continue the precautionary measures.'
