This became possible thanks to YouTuber AsianHalfSquat for posting a video that shows stockpiling of old and new Minecraft mods to make the game just like Elden Ring. Here is the video below.
So it's not just a single mod, but a collection of mods that have been combined. The mods completely overhaul Vanilla Minecraft, including a new combat system and a slew of enemies and bosses based on Elden Ring. A new loot system was also introduced making the game very immersive. The complete overhaul of the game due to the mods made it feel like it “wasn’t” Minecraft. This shows how much of an impact the mods made on the game.
Dungeons and dungeon enemies were also included with the mods that were added. Like the ones you see and enter in Elden Ring, they’re also terrifying as hell. Dragons are also included in the mods that will make the game even more terrifying.
Minecraft is well-known for being a dream haven for modders due to the ease with which ideas derived from the game's contents can be created. With the idea of incorporating Elden Ring into the game, it has the potential to become one of the most popular mods nowadays.
