Netflix’s ‘You’ Set to Premiere Fourth Season In Two-Parts: Get More Info

Hooray! Netflix fans can finally grab their popcorn bowl for the first part of You’s season four.

The show is a psychological thriller that landed on Lifetime in September 2018 for the first ten-episode season before moving to Netflix in December 2018 as an Original series.

You has progressively aired on Netflix for the past two seasons, starring Penn Badgley. Netflix offered the show the fourth season renewal in October 2021 before the third installment premiered.

You season four began filming in March to August 2022 in the United States, specifically at Royal Holloway, University of London.

Over its past three seasons, the show has managed an outstanding score of 7.7/10 stars on IMDb and a 91% average Tomatometer on Rotten Tomatoes, accompanied by a 77% average audience score.

The previous season left the fans on a cliffhanger, as Joe murdered his wife, left their baby with a different family, faked his demise, and set his Californian house on fire! That’s quite a lot for a season finale.

Season four is set to continue with Joe’s masked identity as he poses as a college professor, Jonathan Moore. The season promises plenty of drama and mystery as seen in the official trailer.

You is created by Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble, who also serves as chief producers and showrunners alongside Leslie Morgenstein.

The show is a co-accomplishment of Warner Horizon Television, Berlanti Productions, Alloy Entertainment, and A&E Studios.

The fourth season of You welcomes back incredible performances from Penn Badgley as Joe Goldberg and Jonathan Moore, Ed Speleers as Rhys, Amy-Leigh Hickman as Nadia, Tilly Keeper as Lady Phoebe, Charlotte Ritchie as Kate, Lukas Gage as Adam, and Tati Gabrielle as Marienne Bellamy.

The guest actors include Dario Coates, Ozioma Whenu, Eve Austin, Aidan Cheng, and Niccy Lin. Victoria Pedretti who portrayed Love Quinn will probably be missing in You season four since the third season ended with her death owing to her husband, Joe. Maybe she will return in a ghostly form to haunt Joe.

Season four of You will debut in two parts, with the first five episodes landing on Thursday, February 9, and the latter five on Thursday, March 9, 2023.

Meanwhile, catch up with the series’ storyline covered in the first three seasons available to stream on Netflix.
