Philip Rosenthal, the show’s host and creator, is back again with more laughter, wisdom and most def food! All five mouth-watering episodes of season 5 will sure put a smile on your face and rouse tummy grumbles.

Phil Rosenthal is famously known for creating the long-running sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond. However, since the show wound up, he has been embarking on more on-screen roles, including our beloved Somebody Feed Phil.

The fifth season of the series kicks off in Mexico, with Phil getting into the groove at a Mexican fiesta and doing what he does best at Oaxaca. He learns about the process of making mezcal, participates in piña-tossing and harvesting agave as well as, samples tequila.

The rest of the season sees Phil touring the food trucks of Portland, Oregon, acquiring lobster from Maine, dining with a Michelin-starred chef in Madrid, Spain and sampling rainbow trout soup in Helsinki.

Sadly, Phil's folks, Helen and Max Rosenthal, passed on, which means they won't be joining in this season. We'll surely miss seeing Phil joking with his mom and dad- it was so heartfelt.

That being said, we're still eagerly waiting to see what Phil has in store for us.

Somebody Feed Phil season 5 contains 5 episodes, which will all be released at 12:00 p.m. PT/3:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, May 25 2022, on Netflix

If you love shows about cooking and traveling, then Somebody Feed Phil should be at the top of your watch list. Each episode is endearing and heart-warming, coupled with Phil's quirkiness makes you feel like you’re engaging with your best friend.

With a rating of 82% on IMDb and an audience likeability of 94%, Somebody Feed Phil is one of the most favorited reality shows on Netflix.
