American actor Misha Collins, who is known worldwide for his role as Castiel in the TV series Supernatural, has come to Turkey on holiday. Collins delighted his fans by posting a photo of himself with the Turkish flag on his social media account, accompanied by the caption, ‘Turkey, you are so beautiful.’
American actor Misha Collins, who won the hearts of millions with his role as Castiel in the hit TV series Supernatural, which aired from 2005 to 2020, has arrived in Turkey.
The 50-year-old actor announced his visit with a special photo shared on his social media account. In the photo taken in front of the Turkish flag, Collins added the following note to his post:

The Amyntas Rock Tombs are known as one of the most magnificent structures bearing traces of the Lycian civilisation. Built in the 4th century BCE by carving into steep rocks for the wealthy and important figures of the time, this monumental tomb takes visitors on a journey through time with its architectural details and impressive location. The columns on the front of the tomb offer an aesthetic reminiscent of ancient Greek temples, while the inscription ‘Amyntas, son of Ermes’ immortalises the owner of the structure.

The Amyntas Rock Tombs are located quite close to the centre of the Fethiye district in Muğla. It is possible to reach them on foot from the city centre in about 10-15 minutes. As you make your way through Fethiye's narrow streets and winding paths to the hill where the tombs are located, you will be greeted by both the historical atmosphere and the panoramic view of Fethiye Bay.
