T.I Steps in to Defend His Son from YouTuber's Comments

Atlanta rapper T.I has spoken out to defend his 18-year-old son King Harris after an argument with popular YouTuber Charleston White.

The social media star has called out King Harris after his recent arrest, saying he and his friend Tootie Raw, who was also arrested, “don’t know how to fight.”

The YouTuber commented that the duo think they are “tough” now that they think they are headed to jail.

Harris hit back at the controversial YouTuber, stating that White was a “b boy.”

The teenager added that “Man, we are about to whoop your ass when you come back here. I can see you had a soft upbringing.” 

The two young rappers were arrested last month allegedly for not wearing a seatbelt and then not complying with a police officer’s request to test the for drugs and alcohol.

After the arrest, T.I said in an interview that his son was “a good kid chasing after the wrong s*,”

“I trust in God to deal with it the way that he see fit,” the rapper said. 

Despite this, T.I stepped in after Charleston White’s comments and, speaking on 9MagTV, told White to “Come speak to the daddy.”

“If you don’t want no trouble, what you kicking up dust for?” the Atlanta rapper said.

“I ain’t on no gangsta s*. I’m a father, I’m a businessman, and I’m a leader,” T.I added. 

'If you have something to say about me and mine, come to me. Whatever you have to say about me, come to me,” he said.

The best-selling rapper warned the commentator to keep his families’ names out of his mouth “before something bad happens.”

T.I’s daughter, Zonnique Pullins, also came to her brother’s defense, calling for people to give him some time to grow up.

“Give my baby some time to grow into the king he’s destined to be and until then send the kid some positive encouraging words,” Pullins said on her Twitter account.

King Harris has hoped to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a successful artist and musician but this latest drama is a setback for the young man.

Born in 2004, T.I fans would have seen the boy grow up in the TV series T.I & Tiny: The Family Hustle, that aired on VH1 from 2011.

The last season of the popular show, which focused on the events inside the Harris family home, aired in April 2017.
