A love triangle involving two guys and a lady, The Ignorant Angels follows the bitter-sweet story of Massino, Antonia and Michele. Antonia and Massimo are married, but the latter has been having an affair with young Michele. Antonia finds out about her husband's secret relationship after he dies in a tragic motorcycle accident.
She then sets out to investigate her husband's secret life and unexpectedly forms a deep connection with Michele and his group of friends, who almost became Massimo's second family. Antonia's experience with Michele and his eccentric friends changes her outlook on life, but will she ever fall in love again? Find out in the series.

The three leading faces of the show, Antonia, Michele and Massimo are portrayed by Christiana Capotondi, Eduardo Scarpetta and Luca Argentero respectively.

The eight episodes of the series’ first season will be released as Star Original on Star via Disney+ today.
The Ignorant Angels is directed by Gianluca Mazzella and Ferzan as the show’s writer along with Gianni Romoli, Carlotta and Massimo Bacchini.
