Greatness Code season 2 focuses on athletes from all genres of sports worldwide, including Bubba Wallace (NASCAR driver), Marcus Rashford (Manchester United), Leticia Bufoni (skateboarder), Lindsey Vonn (Olympic skier), and Russel Wilson (Denver Broncos quarterback) as they narrate their stories visual effects and live-action.
Season one of Greatness Code launched in 2020, giving a highlight to famous athletes such as Tom Brady (Super Bowl winner, seven times), LeBron James (LA Lakers icon), Katie Ledecky (Olympic swimmer), Usain Bolt (Olympic sprinter), Kelly Slater (Surfer), Shaun White (Snowboarder), and Alex Morgan (USWNT forward).
The film joins the endless list of Apple TV Plus’ achievements on the sports planet, like The Long Game: Bigger Than Basketball and They Call Me Magic.
Greatness Code is chiefly directed and produced by Gotham Chopra alongside Jamal Henderson, Philip Byron, Ameeth Sankaran, Maverick Carter, Devin Johnson, and Giselle Parets. Matt Rissmiller serves as the co-chief producer.
