The market is currently flooded with 500 million certificates. A rapidly increasing demand for gold certificates has consequently driven up their prices. Each 100-unit ALTIN S1 certificate equates to 1 gram of gold. While the price of a gram of gold hovers around 5,900 TL, the market value of 100 ALTIN S1 certificates has approached 8,500 TL. The disparity between ALTIN S1 and a gram of gold has escalated up to 45%.
ALTIN S1 certificates are traded on the stock exchange, and investors can buy and sell through accounts they open via brokerage firms.
