The film distribution company Universal Pictures announced that some of their films would be released to Peacock in place of having a streaming service themselves. The first three of their 2022 releases are already available, with more expected soon. Other than the occasional simultaneous theater and streaming release, many Universal Pictures films will show up on Peacock after the initial theatrical cycle. Here's the status of all the 2022 movies associated with this distribution company.

Marry Me
The instant streaming option of Marry Me was Universal Pictures' first 2022 simultaneous streaming and theatrical release and only their third of all time.

Projected streaming release: June 6th

These films are only loosely tied to the company, so streaming options are up in the air at this point.
The biggest question on everyone’s mind is where the old films of Universal Pictures will end up. A cursory glance shows them spread out across Netflix, IMDbTV, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, and other services, with many still only available for rental.
The short answer is that no one knows for sure. The Universal/Peacock deal is only temporary, and there is also a deal in place with Prime Video and Starz in the future. For now, there is no guarantee on where to watch even recent classics like Jordan Peele’s Get Out and Us. Like many other films, these are only available for rental.
