Sometimes it's a pleasant meeting with friends, sometimes it's a date, and sometimes the first thing that comes to mind is the question 'Where will we go?' and the rush that comes with it. On such days, one of the first elements that will beautify the conversation is of course a delicious meal or dessert, and the other is a stylishly designed place. Here, we have compiled a list of places that are successful in both cuisine and design. Let's take a look together, even if it's not today, you will definitely need it one day.

Luigi's Ristorante Bar

Luigi's has arguably one of the best corners of Atakule and is also one of the most preferred restaurants in Atakule. Although the interior design will satisfy your eyes and every corner has a different beauty, we prefer to be hosted outside where Ankara is almost under your feet. The menu of the place, where reservations are required, is quite rich. You won't regret choosing Luigi's for a nice dinner, a business meeting or a nice daytime coffee.

LOU Cafe & Bistro

One of the most modern establishments on Iran Avenue, Lou Cafe & Bistro also has branches in Çayyolu, Oran and Maidan, but the one we recommend is the one on Iran Avenue. A nice option for those who want to take a break from the busy city flow of Tunalı, Lou has both a front and back garden and seating areas inside. However, the pleasure of the backyard is different. If you are looking for a nice date place, it may be our first suggestion. If you go to Lou, whose cuisine is as successful as its design, give the salad with sesame vinaigrette a chance.

Giotto Restaurant

Perhaps the shortest journey from Ankara to London would be to go to Giotto. Every detail of the décor is well thought out and the kitchen seems to be a labor of love. We highly recommend you to try not just one type of pizza, but all types of pizza and pasta. But among the desserts, it is the crème brulée that will end the day for us.

Bohem Dine & Cocktail

Bohem, which is still very new, is one of those places that we are glad it opened and made Ankara even more beautiful. With its cocktails, food and our favorite part, the design, Bohem should be one of the places you should definitely try and we recommend you to go in the evening as it becomes an even more enjoyable and fun place especially in the evenings.

Louise Cafe Brasserie & Loft

Louise is one of the beautiful restaurants where you can experience Italian flavors to the fullest. It is hard to describe the taste of a dinner in the garden with its unique atmosphere. Louise, which is also preferred for breakfast, is also very famous for its cocktails. If we give a few recommendations, we say don't return without drinking Thomas Jefferson and French Quarter.

La Gioia Cafe & Brasserie

La Gioia is one of the first places where you will feel special with its unique flavors such as Shrimp Hummus, Diavola Style Chicken Cutlet, Sea Bass Steamed with Lemon Balm and its elegant ambiance. It can also be one of the best hosts for a nice evening date.

Zoie Brasserie & Lounge

Another stylish place on our list is Zoie. Located in Atakule, it has one of the best views among the restaurants. Like many successful examples of Crew Restaurant Group, Zoie is one of the restaurants that will make you happy with its design, flavors and attentive staff. Be sure to give the Plum Fairy cocktail a chance if you're in the neighborhood.

Mezzaluna

Mezza Luna, which has two branches, one in Bilkent and the other on Iran Avenue, is another chic Italian restaurant. If you are a pizza gourmet, you will understand Mezzaluna's success in pizza. They also have a good selection of wine, one of pizza's best friends. Even though they have two branches, the one on Iran Street has a different energy and atmosphere, so you should definitely stop by whether you are on your way or not.

Bosco Caffe e Tiramisu

Bosco, which first opened as a very cute boutique place on Emek 8th street, may be one of the most stylish places in Armada with its 2nd branch. As you can guess from the name, our first recommendation would be to try their tiramisu, especially the one with forest fruits. If you are looking for a place with your friends that both appeals to your eyes and has good flavors, Bosco is for you.

Flora

Flora has a delicious and varied cuisine, and its original, attentive presentations and unique atmosphere will make you a regular. It is still a new establishment and although it is better in the evening, it can also be preferred for a pleasant weekend breakfast. If you have the chance to go, make sure to try the Sous Vide Sea Bass and Flora Guacamole.

Harper's Coffee

One of the new ones in Ankara is Harper's Coffee. Harper's also impressed us with its modern design. Harper's, which has a spacious interior and exterior, is one of the places to visit as if it were a museum.
