Emmy winner Ava DuVernay came up with the idea for the series where each episode arms one movie director with ordnance of film tools to share the behind-the-curtains of the most notable shots.

Each director will dive into each scene, taking viewers through 360 degrees moments, allowing them to know what goes on in movie making. The filmmakers reveal their challenges, hindrances, lessons and victories on their journey to the one perfect shot.

The docuseries contains six episodes, which will all be available today.
